How R&S handles information.

Information you provide
When you send an inventory, brokerage, vehicle-sourcing, vehicle-sale, or general inquiry, R&S receives the contact details and request information you enter. Some inquiries also preserve a snapshot of the vehicle or opportunity you asked about so staff can understand the original request if that listing later changes.
Website and attribution information
The site can record allowlisted page, call-to-action, inquiry-start, and submitted-inquiry events. These records exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, and arbitrary URLs. A signed, first-party, HTTP-only cookie can remember initial attribution for up to 30 days. Intake-session cookies support security, replay protection, and submission of a requested inquiry.
How the information is used
R&S uses inquiry information to respond to customer requests, manage inventory and brokerage workflows, notify authorized staff, protect the service from abuse, recover failed operations, and review aggregate website attribution. Cloudflare hosts the website and media, Neon stores application records, Resend delivers staff notifications, and Google Workspace hosts the R&S sales mailbox.
Retention
R&S reviews inquiry records and related consent and audit history around 24 months after the last substantive interaction. Archived inventory and media are reviewed around 12 months when no continuing need exists. Residual staff and security records are reviewed around 12 months after an account holder leaves, where appropriate. Optional public analytics events are eligible for bounded cleanup after 30 days. Authorized temporary exports are removed from working storage within seven days after their purpose ends. These are review periods, not promises of automatic deletion. Transaction records, disputes, legal holds, and other documented obligations may require longer retention.
Global Privacy Control
When the site receives a Global Privacy Control signal, it suppresses the optional first-touch cookie and optional page, interaction, inquiry-start, and conversion analytics. Strictly necessary security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and the information required to process an inquiry you choose to submit remain active.
Privacy, correction and deletion requests
Use the R&S contact form and identify your privacy, correction or deletion request. You may also email sales@rsautocars.com. R&S verifies the request using information appropriate to the records involved, reviews applicable retention needs, and responds with the action taken or the reason information must be retained.
